All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays)after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Potential delays may be due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Rates are based on your customer address, the weight, and dimensions of your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
